"My husband and I had to file a claim recently. What should have been an easy process became frustrating and very challenging. Chris, our local State Farm agent, was with us every step of the way, including sometimes, multiple calls in one day. He was always available to us. He quickly made calls and rectified whatever the issue was within a very brief period of time. Our claims have now been completed and we are sure that it is because of the time and efforts of Chris that it has been completed. We are very thankful that Chris is only a phone call away and is totally available to us for whatever our needs are. Thank you."

"We've been with Brian Leach for close to 20 years and have always gotten outstanding service. My son just bought a car and was on the phone with USAA for nearly an hour trying to get insurance. While he was still on phone, I called Chris at Brian Leach State Farm and in just a couple minutes had a quote for my son that was literally half of USAA's quote! Chris emailed the insurance cards and we were good to go! It can't get easier than that! We've moved out of town but we'll stick with Chris at Brian Leach State Farm!"
